Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives through end-to-end RPA lifecycle management.
• Gather, analyze, develop, and test automation bots based on business and technical requirements.
• Design future-state components and collaborate with Solution Architects for design sign-off.
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) to conduct feasibility analyses for proposed automated solutions.
• Automate business processes using selected tools while adhering to SDLC stages.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Translate complex business needs into functional and non-functional system requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or related field.
• 5-8 years of related experience in automation or software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath across the full RPA lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
• Extensive experience with REFramework and building scalable, reusable components.
• Mandatory proficiency in VBA.
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath AI Center.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, queries, and data handling.
• Practical exposure to Agentic Automation concepts, including Copilot agents and agent orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Programming proficiency in Python for building scripts, APIs, and AI integrations.
• Exposure to Finance & Accounting processes and enterprise-scale automation programs.
