About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects involving control and safety systems, including design, implementation, and FAT/SAT testing
- Evaluate technical documentation and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal customers
- Contribute technical input to HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL analyses
- Collaborate on the design, development, standardization, and technical direction of control and interlocking systems
- Support operations in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing changes
- Develop tools to monitor the reliability of control and safety systems
- Gradually take ownership of selected areas within the control and safety systems
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for technical documentation and communication
- Foundational knowledge of industrial control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA/HMI)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as HART, Profibus, Modbus, or OPC
- Understanding of process control and regulation principles
- Familiarity with technical and technological documentation from an instrumentation and control perspective
- Basic knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Yokogawa, Honeywell, or Schneider control and interlocking systems
- Knowledge of IT network architecture and IT infrastructure
- Certification according to MPSVaR 508/2009 Z.z. - §21 or higher
