Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Programming and configuring control systems to create efficient and smart solutions
• Modernizing and rebuilding existing facilities through analysis and problem-solving
• Taking responsibility for new turnkey projects from initial idea to final delivery
• Potential to evolve into a leading and coaching role, mentoring junior engineers

Requirements

• Several years of experience in automation
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in industries such as automotive, process industry, water & waste, or energy & heat
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Proficiency in SIMATIC PCS7 and ABB 800xA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma/Life Science or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of AVEVA System Platform, Siemens TIA, and other DCS/PLC/SCADA systems
• Experience with legacy ABB products like AC450 and MP200 and system upgrades
