Automation & Control Technology - Part-Time (Adjunct) Faculty

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning in Automation & Control Technology
• Prepare, distribute, and submit syllabi in accordance with department and divisional policies
• Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies, utilizing instructional technology when appropriate
• Modify instructional methods to meet the needs of a diverse student population
• Evaluate and return student work in a timely manner to promote learning
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and submit final grade rosters by established deadlines
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student information

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field
• Must reside in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky to comply with tax and employment regulations
• Ability to teach face-to-face classes at Stebbins High School on Tuesdays and Thursdays (12:35 – 2:10 PM)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work within a culturally diverse community
• Demonstrated skills in using modern educational technology and multimedia-based instruction

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Prior teaching experience
