About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage business affairs including intervention dossiers (SDIN, PDP, work authorizations, schedules)
- Participate in cost estimation and company consultations
- Plan and coordinate stakeholders while integrating site operational constraints
- Ensure operational follow-up of works through field monitoring and progress tracking
- Maintain compliance with contractual, technical, quality, safety, and security requirements
- Provide progress reporting and interface with clients and project stakeholders
- Actively participate in safety culture and adherence to nuclear standards
Requirements
- Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in CIRA, CRSA, automation, control-command, or instrumentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (business manager, preparation, or work coordination)
- Experience in a nuclear environment
- Proficiency with business preparation and monitoring tools (SDIN, planning, field monitoring)
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and field presence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
