Automation Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-level automation architectures to streamline processes and support strategic delivery goals.
• Develop reusable frameworks and modules to improve delivery speed and reusability across various business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
• Lead use case creation discussions and utilize data analysis to drive automation penetration.
• Engage in solution roadmaps related to Automation, Analytics, and AI/ML.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
• Ensure systematic validation, repeatability, and high-quality documentation for all automation outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (ECE/CSE/IT), equivalent, or an MBA.
• 6+ years of experience in automation architecture.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency in Java, with additional experience in Python, Groovy, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, or Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux platforms and SQL/PLSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AI/ML or data science concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of the Telecommunications domain.
• Experience with JavaScript and web technologies.
• Strong understanding of statistics and optimization.
