Automation Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Optimize production line performance (TRP) by analyzing technical stops and proposing PLC program modifications to reduce cycle times
• Support industrialization projects by participating in the integration of new equipment or robots on existing lines (retrofit or new machines)
• Ensure standardization of automation programs in compliance with Group standards, including programming norms, machine safety, and HMI interfaces
• Provide second-level technical support to maintenance teams for complex automation-related breakdowns
• Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives by deploying data collection and traceability solutions on PLCs to improve production management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Licence or Master level degree program
• Available for a 1 to 2-year apprenticeship starting in August or September 2026
• Valid Driver's license (Permis B) for mobility purposes
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic industrial environment
