Automation and Improvement Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation and process robotization initiatives
• Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven technological solutions
• Collaborate with business and technology teams during implementations
• Ensure solution quality through analysis, testing, and monitoring
• Maintain the development and stability of implemented automations
• Co-create standards and best practices for RPA and AI
• Support team development through mentoring, feedback, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Experience coordinating technological projects and working with teams
• Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization
• Knowledge of tools such as Power Automate, SQL, PySpark, or Power BI
• Understanding of how to work with data and business support systems
• Experience with methodologies like ITIL is a plus
