Automation and Control Project Coordinator (PLC)

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and validate PLC systems for control and automation in critical infrastructure projects
• Supervise the installation and testing of control, instrumentation, and BMS systems
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor physical and financial project progress, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions
• Coordinate PLC integration with structured cabling and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
• Prepare periodic progress and quality reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering
• 5+ years of experience in PLC programming and related project management
• Experience in integration with BMS and instrumentation
• Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell)
• Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC)
• Knowledge of structured cabling, instrumentation, and BMS systems
• Project management, quality control, and team leadership skills
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
