Automation and AI Solutions Lead

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and SME workflows into robust, scalable AI systems and implementation plans.
• Build complex solution components end-to-end using LangGraph and AWS AgentCore.
• Scale AI solutions from POC to production, managing performance, reliability, monitoring, and cost.
• Debug production issues including hallucination patterns, retrieval degradation, and agent loops.
• Lead technical decision-making and guide developers through implementation and code reviews.
• Demo working AI solutions to internal stakeholders and business leadership.
• Utilize AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery while maintaining code ownership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of total professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in production GenAI/LLM environments.
• 12–24 months of hands-on experience with multi-agent LangGraph (state machines, parallel execution, checkpointing).
• Expert-level Python skills including design patterns, async, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock (model deployment, knowledge bases, guardrails).
• Advanced RAG expertise (hybrid search, re-ranking, query reformulation) and evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, TruLens).
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with LLM-powered query layers; Snowflake knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with observability tools like LangSmith or LangFuse for agent tracing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Document Intelligence (OCR, layout-aware chunking).
• Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA.
• Familiarity with Low Code automation tools like Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS ML Specialty or Azure AI Engineer.
