Automated Production Line Operator

Responsibilities

• Pilot automated production lines, including machine startup, optimal operation, and shutdown
• Monitor production processes and adjust parameters in real-time to ensure quality
• Perform first-level maintenance to minimize production downtime
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize performance
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes

Requirements

• Professional experience in an industrial environment
• Experience operating automated production lines
• Ability to work autonomously and make quick, effective decisions
• High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work in a 3x8 shift pattern
