Automated Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of network operations into a proactive, automation-driven model.
• Define and execute an automation strategy and roadmap across managed services.
• Lead Front Office, Work & Service Management, and Event Management teams.
• Oversee real-time event monitoring using AI/ML to detect anomalies and trigger automated remediation.
• Integrate automation with incident management systems like ServiceNow for auto-triage and resolution.
• Architect and govern automated change approval and deployment workflows.
• Lead Problem Management by leveraging predictive analytics and automated root cause correlation.
• Monitor operational performance via dashboards and KPIs to recommend continuous improvements.
• Mentor and upskill team members in advanced event, automation, and operational practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of telecom/network domains (e.g., RAN, TX, VAS, PS, Core, OSS).
• Demonstrated experience leading Event, Incident, and Problem Management in large-scale NOC environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, AI/ML for monitoring, and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in ITIL or IT service management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multi-vendor environments.
• Proven leadership capability in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking operational KPIs.
