Autograph & Relics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments of stickers and relics to agencies and players
• Manage end-to-end shipping and receiving processes, including printing labels, packing boxes securely, and preparing dispatches
• Serve as primary contact for external couriers; oversee pickup schedules, track high-value shipments, and resolve transit issues
• Maintain meticulous records of inventory movements using internal systems such as AirTable, Card in Reporting, and Oracle
• Support physical warehouse management by organizing, cataloging, and securing inventory
• Perform quality control checks on stickers and finished cards to ensure premium standards
• Manage office and warehouse supplies, including shipping materials inventory

Requirements

• Strong professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with shipping and logistics processes, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations
• Comfort with data management and inventory tracking systems; experience with AirTable, Card in Reporting, or Oracle is a plus
• Demonstrated reliability and care in handling high-value or sensitive inventory
