Autograph & P.O. Coordinator

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry
• Complete data entry into Cards-in Reporting ensuring accuracy for all athletes
• Communicate with Athlete Partnership teams to create Purchase Orders in Oracle ERP
• Conduct sticker autograph assessments across product portfolio and communicate availability or shortages to Brand teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or production environments related to inventory management or quality control
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and focus on a computer screen for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP systems
