Auto Technician Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of automotive technicians
• Use diagnostic equipment to accurately locate vehicle defects
• Perform vehicle road testing to determine mechanical and electrical faults
• Inspect all work performed by technicians to ensure high-quality refurbishment standards
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the workshop team

Requirements

• BA or diploma in auto mechanics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role
• Proven hands-on technical experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage subordinates
