About the role
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and email to answer questions, provide assistance, and process requests
- Complete welcome calls to new customers and handle incoming calls regarding billing and service concerns
- Provide thorough and accurate documentation to customer accounts across all communication channels
- Investigate problems and find resolutions to help overcome customer objections regarding payments
- Identify opportunities to optimize results and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain superior quality assurance results and contribute to daily training and development improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience in auto or servicing collections
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- Demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty through relationship building and persuasive communication
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
