About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone and email to answer questions, provide assistance, and process requests
  • Complete welcome calls to new customers and handle incoming calls regarding billing and service concerns
  • Provide thorough and accurate documentation to customer accounts across all communication channels
  • Investigate problems and find resolutions to help overcome customer objections regarding payments
  • Identify opportunities to optimize results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain superior quality assurance results and contribute to daily training and development improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in auto or servicing collections
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud and Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty through relationship building and persuasive communication
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
