Auto Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic road tests on completed vehicles to ensure all customer complaints are resolved according to manufacturer standards
• Perform final end-control inspections, including visual checks of interior/exterior, fluid levels, lighting, electrical systems, and tire condition
• Maintain a daily throughput of approximately 20-25 vehicles for inspection and testing
• Collaborate with technicians to report defects and verify that all necessary corrections have been made
• Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain proper documentation for traceability and audit purposes
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, defect-free, and meet safety and regulatory standards before customer delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification in Automotive Technology or a related field
• Valid UAE driving license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive inspection, testing, or technician roles
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, basic diagnostics, and manufacturer standards
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify minor defects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment and meet daily throughput targets
• Physical fitness and compliance with PPE and workshop safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and inspection reporting
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective time management and clear communication skills
