Auto Quality Control - Screen Print

Responsibilities

• Execute meticulous quality assessments on screen-printed apparel post-curing
• Communicate with the auto assistant regarding prints that fall short of quality benchmarks
• Discriminate between second-quality and scrap garments with precision
• Package garments and reintegrate them into designated boxes
• Complete Manufacturing Production Order tracking templates for in-process boxes
• Arrange finished boxes onto allocated pallets efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to meet and surpass daily and weekly production targets
• Uphold cleanliness, orderliness, and safety protocols in the workspace

Requirements

• Preferred experience in garment quality control
• Proficient in discerning between quality print standards and identifying defects
• Strong team player with exceptional communication skills
• Able to handle physically demanding tasks
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for assuming responsibilities and strong personal accountability
