Auto Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring sales objectives, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Manage store operations including inventory administration, cash handling, and loss control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and compliance by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support customer needs and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate integrity and strong decision-making.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
