Auto Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring sales targets, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Manage store operations including inventory administration, cash handling, and loss control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and compliance by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate integrity and strong decision-making.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for morning shifts, night shifts, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
