Auto Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Monitor sales objectives, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Manage store operations including inventory administration, cash handling, and loss control.
• Drive sales efforts to exceed targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with integrity and strong decision-making abilities.
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
