Auto Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Drive sales performance and monitor objectives, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and staff to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage store processes including inventory administration, cash handling, and loss control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales goals and optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure safety and compliance by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and risk management practices.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with integrity and strong decision-making ability.
• Flexible schedule with availability for full-time work, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
