Auto Ops QC Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control for sticker and on-card autographs, focusing on high-value sets
• Analyze autographs to determine quality standards
• Operate Maddox AI machine and perform due diligence on automated QC processes
• Analyze Maddox AI outputs and compile data on QC Sheets
• Manage product pack outs and check-ins with vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Handle daily receipt of autographs, including unboxing, staging, and data entry into Airtable/NCF
• Support secure storage and organization of high-value autographs in the inventory room
• Mentor and train less experienced QC Associates

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs.
• Prior experience with data management systems
