About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end quality control processes for unsigned and signed stickers and cards
  • Liaise between Athlete Partnerships, Brand, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product lifecycles
  • Supervise QC Supervisors, Leads, and temporary labor, including managing timesheets and productivity
  • Manage data integrity for color components, parallel updates, player payments, and program assessments
  • Track and manage quality control KPIs such as defect rates and throughput
  • Oversee QC Team Lead and Data Entry Lead to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Manage QC backlog to maintain target levels
  • Supervise quality control training for new and existing associates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of professional experience
  • 3-5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40+ pounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with AirTable
  • Experience with data management systems
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
