Auto Electrician

Responsibilities

• Carry out specialised repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment
• Perform service and repairs on electrical and RCS systems
• Solve complex equipment-related issues through diagnostic fault finding
• Execute field and workshop repairs on a variety of Epiroc equipment
• Provide high-level technical product support to regional customers
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
• Comply with all Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements

Requirements

• Relevant trade Auto Electrical qualification
• Extensive experience maintaining surface and underground mobile mining equipment
• Proficiency in diagnostics and low voltage electrical repairs
• Experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Experience with heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and fault find complex electrical problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Epiroc surface and underground products
