Responsibilities

• Perform high-standard vehicle body repairs and maintenance following the Fix It Right First Time (FRFT) process
• Read and understand repair requirements and discuss any ambiguities with supervisors to avoid redoing work
• Manage time effectively by ensuring job cards are prepared and time allotted for repairs is not overlapped
• Monitor repairing operations to identify and correct flaws such as blisters and streaks
• Perform factory warranty services according to established procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly disposing of waste and storing replaced parts
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the facility to a high standard, including performing preventive maintenance
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental management policies, including the consistent use of PPE
• Ensure customer vehicles are protected from accidental damage during the repair process

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automobile or auto ancillary industry
• High school diploma
• Technical Diploma in Automobile Engineering is preferred
