Responsibilities

  • Lead from an eyes-on-production mindset within the shop
  • Partner with the Office Manager to ensure communication from front door to shop floor
  • Implement and hold employees accountable to company policies
  • Identify, create, and maintain a positive team culture
  • Oversee quality control checks and ensure safety/OSHA standards are met
  • Manage leases, licenses, and permits
  • Interview, select, and train employees
  • Utilize management and estimating systems
  • Manage business financials and meet financial goals
  • Undergo departmental training to understand all facets of the business

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
  • 2-5 years of experience in auto body, automotive, dealership, or relatable fields preferred
  • Ability to lift, squat, kneel, and bend, and manage car parts exceeding 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
