Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles efficiently
• Perform high quality production painting
• Execute paint-ready body work
• Buff paint imperfections
• Perform color matching and blending
• Maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
• Ability to lift, squat, kneel, and bend
• Ability to manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Must provide own paint guns, sander, and hand tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High level of self-accountability and integrity
