Auto Affidavits Unit Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of 10-20 front-line associates within the Affidavits/Sworn Documents unit
• Achieve business goals by providing continuous feedback and coaching to improve customer experience and efficiency metrics
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reviews for direct reports
• Manage business-level metrics, including pen rates and occupancy, to maintain high efficiency standards
• Motivate and develop associates to help them achieve their professional career aspirations
• Execute assigned projects and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as time cards and team meetings
• Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes to accommodate work volumes
• Support and coordinate internal audits related to third-party functions

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 4 years of financial industry experience
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience
• At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience specifically in Affidavits or Sworn Documents
• At least 3 years of experience in people leadership
• At least 2 years of experience in process or project management
• At least 4 years of auto finance experience
• Professional certifications such as PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma
