Autism Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care plans to the people supported
• Support individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community
• Assist with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs
• Work collaboratively within a warm and friendly team

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Driver required)
• Ability to work various shift patterns (e.g., 7:45am - 9:45pm or 8am - 10pm)
