Autism ABA Fellowship

Responsibilities

• Build positive and trusting relationships with clients through social interaction
• Encourage development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving
• Reduce prompts to promote independent responses
• Increase desirable behaviors through positive reinforcement
• Accurately collect unbiased behavior data
• Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors
• Conduct behavior-analytic assessments and research relevant literature
• Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs
• Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code

Requirements

• Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program
• Program must have 60%+ BACB exam pass rate or be ABAI/APBA accredited
• Ability to pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment
• Must be an active RBT for 60 days with HHF
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
