About the role
Responsibilities
- Build positive and trusting relationships with clients through social interaction
- Encourage development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving
- Reduce prompts to promote independent responses
- Increase desirable behaviors through positive reinforcement
- Accurately collect unbiased behavior data
- Communicate proactively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors
- Conduct behavior-analytic assessments and research relevant literature
- Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs
- Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code
Requirements
- Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program
- Program must have 60%+ BACB exam pass rate or be ABAI/APBA accredited
- Ability to pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment
- Must be an active RBT for 60 days with HHF
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
