Authorization Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and approve user access, primarily within SAP systems, in alignment with security and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
• Design and maintain SAP roles and authorizations to ensure appropriate role-based access
• Support and challenge stakeholders to maintain strong governance and security standards
• Conduct regular access reviews and troubleshoot security-related incidents
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to support SAP GRC processes and audit requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP security, user administration, and access management
• Strong understanding of SoD risks, internal controls, and corporate governance
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment
