About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach authors to success by helping them achieve goals and hit success checkpoints
- Host launch calls to guide authors through book launches that drive visibility and profit
- Collaborate with Coaching, Author Success, and Community teams to drive author results
- Recommend curriculum updates and enhance the coaching program
- Champion renewals by demonstrating author results
Requirements
- 2+ years of coaching and/or strategic business or consulting experience
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with comfort navigating multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in business, consulting, or sales
- Experience as a published author
