Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and short fashion consultations regarding sizes, colors, and styling
• Support sales floor operations, including stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organized shopping area
• Handle cashier duties and process returns or exchanges in a customer-oriented manner
• Assist the sales team with various side tasks such as transport processing and goods handling
• Adapt to different tasks based on the time of day, day of the week, and seasonal demands

Requirements

• Strong interest in fashion, current trends, and retail sales
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of service orientation
• Ability to work reliably as part of a team and independently when required
• Flexibility regarding working hours and availability
• A well-groomed appearance suitable for a retail environment
