Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and short fashion consultations to assist shoppers with sizing and styling
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing returns or exchanges in a customer-oriented manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy sales floor in accordance with company guidelines
• Support merchandise handling, including restocking shelves and processing incoming goods
• Assist the sales team with various side tasks such as transport processing and general stock management
