Responsibilities

• Mold casting cores using lifting equipment, cranes, and electric balancers
• Perform daily inspections of crane systems and electric balancers
• Retrieve hardened castings from curing ovens using electric transport vehicles
• Clean and prepare disassembled components for subsequent assembly stages
• Verify order documents and drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct quality and dimensional checks to release processed components
• Record production data and report any process deviations responsibly

Requirements

• Knowledge of occupational safety to ensure a secure working environment
• Product knowledge regarding materials and manufacturing processes
• Fluent German language skills for effective team communication
• Strong self-management skills for independent work organization
• High level of personal responsibility and decision-making ability
• Readiness to work within a three-shift system
