Responsibilities

• Participate in 2,100 hours of theoretical and practical instruction in cooperation with the Katholische Schule für Pflegeberufe
• Complete 2,500 hours of practical training across various nursing settings
• Provide care in various clinical environments

Requirements

• At least a Hauptschulabschluss (Grade 10)
• Empathy and joy in working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Physical and mental resilience
• Adherence to hygiene and documentation standards
• Ability to work in a team and openness to feedback
