Responsibilities

• Provide training, instruction, and technical supervision for apprentices in the field of plastics technology
• Plan, implement, and further develop training content, instructional materials, and training projects
• Actively participate in training coordination and apprentice marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and align technical cooperation with vocational schools, the IHK, and external training companies
• Supervise, operate, and monitor two injection molding machines in close coordination with production

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (specialization in fiber composites)
• Strong technical expertise in plastics technology
• Proven didactic skills and a structured way of working
• Experience in apprentice training (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Craftsman (Meister) in the plastics field
• Additional professional experience specifically in fiber composite materials
