Ausbilder für Elektroniker/Mechatroniker (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and personal support to electrical and mechatronics apprentices throughout their entire training period
• Convey theoretical and practical content using innovative learning concepts and digital tools
• Conduct regular feedback, support, and development meetings to guide apprentices toward successful graduation
• Collaborate with training colleagues and internal departments to continuously improve training concepts
• Ensure high training quality and actively participate in the selection process for apprentices and interns
• Create training documents, work plans, risk assessments, technical documentation, and testing protocols
• Manage material selection, ordering processes, and workshop equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with external entities such as vocational schools and the IHK
• Oversee a safe learning environment by providing thorough instruction on occupational safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician
• Mandatory AEVO instructor aptitude certificate (Ausbildereignungsprüfung)
• Profound knowledge of device, plant, and machine testing according to DGUV V3 / DIN VDE standards
• Proficiency in PLC knowledge, specifically TIA Portal and Arduino IDE
• Excellent pedagogical and social skills with a passion for working with students and trainees
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical content clearly and motivatingly
• Structured working style with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
• Willingness to handle basic mechanical training (metal) as part of the electrical training curriculum

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician qualification
• Experience in the qualification and training of employees or apprentices
• Knowledge of PC and network technology
