Responsibilities

• Advise customers competently and fashionably on eyewear as a fashion accessory
• Conduct vision tests and provide optical expertise
• Offer full-service support including selection, adjustment, minor repairs, and complaint handling
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Service-oriented and open-minded personality
• Ability to analyze individual customer needs
• Passion for customer consultation and sales
• Technical expertise in optometry and vision testing
• Enjoyment of working in a team environment
