Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive service from selection and consultation to perfect eyewear adjustment
• Handle minor repairs, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Offer competent, fashion-conscious advice with a sense for trends and individual wishes
• Inspire customers regarding eyewear as a fashion accessory through active listening and understanding needs

Requirements

• Trained ophthalmic optician (Augenoptiker)
• Passion for customer consultation and finding the perfect eyewear
• Technical expertise for conducting vision tests
• Team-oriented mindset
