Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive service from selection and consultation to perfect eyewear adjustment
- Handle minor repairs, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Offer competent, fashion-conscious advice with a sense for trends and individual wishes
- Inspire customers about eyewear as a fashion accessory through active listening and understanding needs
Requirements
- Trained optician (Augenoptiker/in)
- Passion for customer consultation and finding the perfect eyewear
- Technical expertise for conducting eye tests
- Team-oriented mindset
