Auditor Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage the Audit Team to achieve operational excellence, quality standards, and business objectives
• Act as the primary bridge between the Management Team and the Audit Team
• Drive team performance through KPI management, coaching, and performance reviews
• Conduct onsite audits for key clients, complex projects, or high-risk suppliers
• Monitor audit quality through performance reviews and witness audits
• Plan and optimize auditor allocation and workloads
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
• Deliver technical training to ensure compliance with audit schemes like APSCA, amfori BSCI, Sedex, and ISO
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support pre-audit discussions and client meetings

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in auditing, quality assurance, or compliance
• At least 3 years in a people management or team leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, and social/commercial audit programs
• Experience in resource planning and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel as required
