Responsibilities
- Execute social compliance audits using the SMETA methodology
- Ensure supply chain integrity through rigorous verification of labor standards, health and safety, environment, and business ethics
Requirements
- Active APSCA registration (preferably ASCA or RA levels)
- University degree in Administrative areas, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Law, or related fields
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead or Internal Auditor certification (minimum 40 hours)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, agro-industry, or services
- Proven experience in implementing, consulting, or auditing Social Responsibility management systems (SMETA, SA8000, or Client Code of Conduct)
- Solid knowledge of current National Labor Legislation
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (SST)
- Mastery of the 4 SMETA pillars: Labor Standards, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics
