Responsibilities
- Perform audits on energy and environmental management systems for SGS Belgium NV clients
- Evaluate system conformity to relevant standards, including ISO 50001 and ISO 14001
- Report audit findings accurately and follow established procedures
- Coordinate the certification process with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide expert support to companies looking to improve or expand their systems
- Contribute to the development of new audit requirements and identify market opportunities
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, with 2 years in energy management, or a technical training of at least 40 hours
- Knowledge of ISO 50001 and/or ISO 14001
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Environmental coordinator certificate
- Experience with greenhouse gas management
- Proficiency in French
