Auditor de Calidad

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and inter-plant products using laboratory equipment and established sampling methods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Control and manage non-conforming products, ensuring all results are identified and recorded in the appropriate formats.
• Manage reconditioned products through inspection and systematic recording of results.
• Generate statistical reports based on non-conforming product data to identify critical causes and improve process efficiency.
• Perform adjustments to PLC programs to meet production requirements and enhance product quality.
• Capture product rejection data in the SAP system to maintain accurate and updated quality indicators.
• Maintain compliance with established quality indicators to support business profitability.

Requirements

• Technical or professional degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 2 years of experience in quality systems and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of statistical quality control and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in PLC management and basic SAP usage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Personal skills: Dynamic, leadership, organized, and analytical.
