Auditor (CSCA)

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing sites of client suppliers regarding labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security
• Monitor for violations and record findings in detailed reports for clients
• Maintain high integrity and vigilance during factory management interactions
• Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures
• Contribute ideas for improving Operations projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree in textile, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field
• Mandatory CSCA certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social compliance auditing
• Proven experience conducting on-site social audits in manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of brand codes of conduct and international standards (ILO, local labor law)

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional ISO certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001
