About the role
Responsibilities
- Audit manufacturing sites of client suppliers, including labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security
- Conduct unannounced audits according to international standards or client procedures
- Record findings in detailed reports for clients
- Maintain high integrity and vigilance during factory management interactions
- Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures
- Contribute ideas for improving Operations projects
Requirements
- Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
- APSCA registration at CSCA level
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Compliance Auditor
- Recent SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or mixed audit experience within the last 12 months
- Strong English communication skills
