Auditor (CSCA)

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing sites of client suppliers, including labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security
• Conduct unannounced audits according to international standards or client procedures
• Record findings in detailed reports for clients
• Maintain high integrity and vigilance during factory management interactions
• Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures
• Contribute ideas for improving Operations projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
• APSCA registration at CSCA level
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Compliance Auditor
• Recent SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or mixed audit experience within the last 12 months
• Strong English communication skills
