Auditor 2, Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail and operational audits across Xfinity-owned and branded partner locations to ensure compliance with company standards
• Perform in-person retail assessments and audits with approximately 30% travel across CT, MA, and VT
• Execute core internal audit activities including planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases
• Analyze reports and data prior to site visits to identify trends, risks, and focus areas
• Prepare detailed audit workpapers documenting findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations
• Lead readout calls with stakeholders to communicate audit results and insights
• Develop and partner with cross-functional teams to execute actionable improvement plans
• Evaluate operational practices against company policies, controls, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in audit or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
• Ability to travel approximately 30% within the designated region
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
