Audit & Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct tax compliance, including Income Tax Returns filing and Tax Audits
• Lead and manage tax, statutory, and internal audits to ensure high standards and timely completion
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior auditors and accountants
• Liaise with clients and tax authorities to resolve complex tax-related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a CA firm with a specialization in direct tax
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing audits and tax filings
• Strong knowledge of Indian Tax Laws and Income Tax compliance
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements
• Excellent communication and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally ERP software
